The app shows timings and movie information in a good way. But whenever I try to book a ticket with my credit card it ALWAYS fails!!!! Whats the point then!

The reel cinema app in apple watch is not working and nothing open anything

There is a bug when I open the app, it stuck then it closes by it selfs automatically. One more thing, when i go to Dubai Mall, I can know what will be next week movies, so why dont you add one tab that says " Next Change" where you update new movies. Because we want to know whats coming next week Thanks a lot

This is the most horrendous cinema App on entire App Store. Learn something from Vox Cinemas App and update this junk.

Really good but it can sometimes be glitchy but an overall good app.

I got a message saying it doesnt support jailbroken devices. Oh well. DELETE. Such a dumb policy and there are other ways to get movie showtimes.

Are u guys kidding me? Are u gettin a cut from Apple? What kind of policy is "no jailbroken phones"! Do u want our money in ur theaters or not? Please get ur heads on straight before u run urselves into the ground.

Application should have an option to search by (location, time, and movie)

Are u guys seriously blocking access to customers with modified devices? Jailbreaking is not illegal and if there is no law being broken I dont get the unnecessary discrimination. VOX HERE I COME!

It allows you to book a ticket but two annoying things: it always, ALWAYS ask you to update the app when it already is. And more than 50% of the time I get stuck at the screen promoting the new venue. Only way to get through is close the app, reopen it and cross my fingers.

Unbelievable! Crappy developer! Build a totally new one from the ground up!!!!

The new app is much better and Passbook feature is a welcome addition but most theatre personnel didnt know what to do with the passbook page - ideally the passbook feature should include a proper barcode that could be scanned by theatre personnel (most Reel Cinema employees were not familiar with the new app or the Passbook feature). Still room for improvement but overall a great update.

Wow... I have to hand it to the new developer of Reels app... Hats off... So much easier to navigate and choose seats... So much easier to buy tickets... Great job!
