Very slow app, it needs to be faster

App cannot load ticket into passbook.

Easy to use and convenient app

This app helped me a lot by skipping the long queue lines,but it needs to be redesigned to be much easier and smooth,also adding Credit card info saving will help a lot.

Overall its a great app that has improved a lot from last year. Still payment and confirmation is inconvenient and tickets do not transfer to Apple Wallet most of the time. Thanks.
